Great location, friendly staff, and amazing views! Close proximity to the beach and other amenities was a major plus. We needed to drive for shopping, cinema and restaurants, but the beach access made up for it!

The location of Pelican Sands, right on the beach, was superb! The views were amazing despite being on the western side of the building overlooking the very busy Gold Coast Highway and the approach to Coolangatta Airport, with frequent flying noises of the planes. The management were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist. It's a great base for exploring the area.

Seven nights of beachfront bliss! The location was truly unbeatable - steps from the beach, easy access to transport, and amazing views. The management team were also amazing; so accommodating and friendly. We loved our two-bedroom apartment, it meant we were able to have seperate spaces, although some minor maintenance issues were present. Would definitely come back!
